FROZEN opens on Broadway!

On Thursday, March 22nd, “Frozen” opened at the St. James, directed by Michael Grandage and Choreographed by Rob Ashford.  Caissie Levy leads this talented cast as “Elsa”.  This stage version brings you new songs, never heard before, created for this production.

Congratulations to Jeremy Davis, who took home the Gypsy Robe on opening night for having the most Broadway chorus credits.  He has an impressive resume, including Cats, The Last Ship, South Pacific, Billy Elliot, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, 9 to 5, The People in the Picture, and Ghost.

Jimmy Buffett’s “Escape to Margaritaville” opens on Broadway!

Directed by Christopher Ashley, “Escape to Margaritaville” opened March 15th at the Marquis Theatre.  The musical opens on Broadway after a premiere at La Jolla Playhouse and a subsequent tour that played Houston, New Orleans, and Chicago.   Paul Alexander Nolan leads the cast as Tully, the island’s singing bartender.   Mr. Jimmy Buffet himself joined the company onstage for the encore and his fans went crazy!

Congratulations to Matt Allen who took home the Gypsy Robe for having the most Broadway Chorus credits under his belt.  This is his sixth Broadway show.
